X Factor India is a Television Music Talent Show broadcast by Sony Entertainment Television Channel. X Factor India was launched in India in the year 2011 and owned by Simon Cowell. X Factor India is open to all Indian citizens born before January 15, 1995. It is the combination of Musical Programs, Tv Shows or Reality Shows, Competition, Singing Contest and Talent Show. X Factor India will be judged by Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal and Sanjay Leela Bhansali and it will be hosted by Aditya Narayan. The Registrations were launched through telephones and SMS on 20 January 2011 all across India and the Auditions were held in Ahmedabad on 12 February 2011, Kolkata on 15 and 16 February 2011, Delhi on 12 and 13 March 2011, Lucknow on 23 February 2011, Indore on 27 February 2011 and Mumbai on 4 and 5 March 2011.
