This cannabis is used to extract Charas (a mild psychotropic drug) and Himachal’s ‘Malana Creme’ is among the world’s best charas.
As the demand to legalize cannabis cultivation grows, ‘Goonj’ explores the reasons and consequences for the same. There is the good and the bad. What will weigh more, however, remains to be seen.
